By downloading, accessing, or using Approach: Confidence Coach ("Approach", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Approach is an AI-powered dating confidence coach that provides conversation analysis, opener suggestions, and coaching tips. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized advice based on situations and conversations you describe.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Approach. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Approach offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock unlimited access to all features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Approach provides limited free access: 3 opener generations and 2 text analyses. After reaching these limits, a subscription is required for continued use of AI-powered features.
You agree not to use Approach to:
Approach provides AI-generated suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or appropriateness of any advice or suggestions. You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by the App. Approach is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Approach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Approach is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Approach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
